Where is your round hash to show the site is ‘Provably Fair’?

Simply put, we don’t need it any more. We leverage a licensed gambling platform and random number generator to power our site - this means that all of the software we use to power our games is thoroughly checked and tested by regulators and certification authorities to ensure that it is fair for players. This system is more secure than using server and client seeds - as shown by the cheating scandals involving CSGODiamonds and CSGOShuffle.

TL;DR if you own a site that uses ‘Provably Fair’ technology you can easily have a user provide you his client seed which you can then pair with the server seed to see what results are coming up. This is a clear, easy way to cheat customers and that is why we do not use it (and why you shouldn’t trust any site that does).

How do I play on the site?

You can play on our site if you meet our requirements including being in a country in which online gambling is allowed and being of legal age to participate (18 years and over). If you meet these requirements you can deposit money onto the site using a variety of payment options to play our games.

How does the coin flip game work?

How do I log in?

You can log in by entering your username and password in the 'Web user' tab on the top left corner of our website. In case you originally signed up with your mobile phone, you can log in by entering your phone number and 4-digit numerical PIN using the 'Mobile user' tab on the top left corner of our website.

How do I deposit cash into my account?

After login select 'Deposit' in the 'user' menu in the top right of the site (next to your balance). Select the deposit method of your choice and follow the instructions. All payment options are free of charge.

Is there a limit on how much money I can deposit?

The default deposit limits are £200 per day and £1000 per month. You will need to contact Customer Support to have these limits changed. The default betting limits are £1000 per day and £5000 per month. These are the maximum total amounts you are allowed to place bets for. You can lower these limits in the 'MY ACCOUNT' menu. You can also raise these limits up to the default settings. Please contact Customer Support if you wish to raise your limit beyond the default settings.

How do I request a payout?

Select 'Withdraw' in the 'MANAGE ACCOUNT' menu and choose a payment method. If you deposited using an E-Wallet you may use the smae method to cash in your winnings. Alternatively we will payout your winnings via bank transfer. Please note that you can only request a payout when there is a real money balance on your wallet and all wagering requirements have been fulfilled. The minimum payout amount is £/€20. Payouts are limited to ONCE A WEEK and THREE TIMES A PER CALENDAR MONTH. Unless otherwise arranged.

What is a BIC/Swift code?

This is the international bank identifier code of your bank. It is only required if you choose to be paid your winnings via bank transfer to your bank account. In the UK the BIC/SWIFT code is 8-11 characters long, e.g. BARCGB22XXX or LOYDGB2LXXX. You can find the correct code of your bank on your standard bank statement or by contacting your bank. Be careful when providing this code, payments will not reach your bank account if you use the wrong code.

What is a bank sort code?

This is the local sort code of your bank. It is only required if you choose to be paid your winnings via bank transfer to your bank account. In the UK this code is six digits long, usually formatted into three pairs which are separated by hyphens (e.g. 12-34-56). Be careful when providing this code, payments will not reach your bank account if you use the wrong code.

What is an IBAN?

This is the International Bank Account Number of your account. It is only required if you choose to be paid your winnings via bank transfer to your bank account. In the UK this is a 22-digit code and may look like this: GB35 MIDL 4025 3432 1446 70. You can find your own IBAN on your standard bank statement or by contacting your bank. Be careful when providing the IBAN, payments will not reach your bank account if you use the wrong code.

How do I find my bank account number?

This is your bank account number in local format. It is only required if you choose to be paid your winnings via bank transfer to your bank account. In the UK this is a numeric code, usually 8 digits long, e.g. 12345678. Be careful when providing this number, payments will not reach your bank account if you use the wrong code.

What is a ‘Wagering Requirement’?

In general all real money deposits have a 1x Wagering Requirement (need to be staked in a game once before they can be withdrawn). Note that some games do not count towards reducing Wagering Requirement. For more info on which games can reduce Wagering Requirement please consult our T&C's

For all games where bonus money wagering is allowed, a minimum of a twenty-five times wagering requirement applies to all deposits & bonus money before a player may withdraw that bonus money. However, some promotions may have higher wagering requirements. You should check the terms & conditions for each specific promotion.

As an example, if you are issued a 100% cash match bonus with a 40 times wagering requirement on a £20 deposit, you must wager FORTY times (or what is specified in the promotion) the total bonus amount (in this example £20 deposit gives a £20 bonus, £20 Bonus x 40 = £800) before withdrawing winnings.

Certain games shall not count towards Wagering Requirements, these include all table games, including but not limited to: Roulette, Blackjack, Craps and Video Pokers. For the avoidance of doubt only: Slots, Scratchcards, Bingo/Keno Games and Fun Games shall reduce Wagering Requirements.

You cannot request a payout before all deposit wagering requirements have been met. However, if these have been met and a payout is requested then any bonus awards which still have open wagering requirement attached to them will be cancelled.
